Fabricator Issue

I was using my fabricator today and I guess I failed a roll and it picked me up and tossed me inside. Funny animation and all but after that, my Fabricator now says that I have 0 Bits and Pieces when I actually have loads of them. I can't make the Dresser I was trying to make and failed at. It lets me click on it but then doesn't queue it up. When I mouse over my Fabricator now, there is a 0,0 for Bits and Pieces showing at the bottom now, Same for the Recycler. Anyone Else have this Happen or know what to do to fix it?
