I think the main point is, that the DLC are overpriced.
Then you don't have all the DLCs. You're still missing the stuffs from the Sims 3 Store.
The microtransaction items are DLCs. DLCs = downloadable contents.
As stated previously: Microtransactions =/= DLC. Since by definition, a DLC is something you download but in many cases it doesn't have to be. (Purchasing Loot boxes for example).
The Sims3 store (https://store.thesims3.com) does indeed contain downloadable content, though this content functions more like mods, since they don't add as much as Game DLC.
I wouldn't put it at the same Level as a Game DLC, since its not really a DLC.
When there is 20 dlc and prices on normal day is 50% each and you only unlock something like 3 things and 1-2 new hobbys etc. I cannot recommend. Even more some of stuff in game is broken or badly done... Like whole butler thing. When you have that and kid you will never touch that kid again. I had butler glitch that poor thing to room with no food and care. Took 3 days to get him shower where same thing happens as butler does it again.... He became 2 hair coloted fat teen who has anger issues and looked like something from mockery sight of angts....
Like if whole game and dlc were at max 160€ outside of newest dlc addons i would be happy to invest. But now... Even paradox ck 2 dlc practice is better
Given that fact, I'd rather have all dlcs and experience the full game, than playing with a sense that you're playing a demo
Your the first normal answer so far, thank you.
