4k UI Scaling Fix
Just in case anybody was having a problem with the UI being too small at 4k resolution.

Go to

User > Name > Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4

Find the config file "Options"

About 5 or 6 lines down you will see "uiscale = 100"

THE SMALLER THE NUMBER, THE BIGGER THE UI GETS

Instead, enter a number like 75 , 50, or 25

50 was the ideal scale for me.

This change to the game file was reported to cause problems with painting in the game. And you don't need to do it anymore, because one of the patches recently added the scaling to the game options. There's even an option to do it automaticaly according to the OS settings, which is ticked by default.
