there is kick boxing with the dlc that has the mother but don't think is anything else and sparing

sparring isn't kick boxing. however you can spar with a machine found under the fitness options in build mode if you have Strangerville DLC active. you can also spar with other sims. Sparring is also a daily task under the military career.

There are no combat or martial arts DLC's at this time. I can't tell you if there will ever be any for TS4.

Wow. Amazing. So much better than Sims 3. EA really outdid themselves.
