how to invite other sim to exercise?

i saw this option b4, but not sure how and when this option become available.

many of my main sim's friends become fat at older age.

when they visiting me at home, i can chat with them, and use "swim with" option at the pool trying to get them exercise.

but how can i do about the same for like asking them to do treadmilling/etc together ?

i have an exercise room with punching box, tread miller, and lifter.

Use the treadmill and then encourage working out with another sim, it can work with any visiting sim on the lot, even those outside walking past so long as they are teenagers to adults.

There should also be an option if you have a sim that isn't exercising to exercise with a sim that is exercising.

If you have a sim that is active, your sim can suggest working out to other sims, it doesn't matter if your sim is exercising or not. however there is no option to select sims from a list and have them work out with you.
