Help, stuck at base

Hi guys,

Just started this game and I've just reached the first ''town/hub'' where the bartender and mission board is.
I've gone through all the dialogues but I cant seem to go any further or move out of this place.
There are two missions on the board but I cannot accept either.
There seems to be an active mission ''Wanted: The Silver Talon'' says ''Contact Palanite Enforcers , but I've no clue where they are.

If I'm correct about where you are in the storyline, you're not gonna be able to use the bounty board yet. The mission listed on the right side of the bounty board, the one that's labeled as "Wanted: the Silver Talon", is the over-arching story mission; it's gonna be there until you complete the game. The mission shown on the left side of the bounty board is the mission you've just done; there should be a letter grade next to it.

Unlocking the Bounty Board is a two-step process. First, you need to visit the Rogue Doc and buy the upgrades in yellow letters. Once that's done, go to the Gladiatorum (its entrance is just to the left of the bar) and test out those new upgrades. Doing those two things will unlock a new chunk of dialogue, and then the Bounty Board opens. Your next story mission is Koloss 44.
