faction reputation
so, I'm in good relations to a chaos cult and the inquisition, which is kind of funny, but what do the faction blips actually do aside from getting filled when doing side missions?

It's my biggest gripe about the game so far, and the only reason I haven't even touched the side missions. The game doesn't make any effort to explain what reputation is good for or why getting hated by another faction might be bad for you.

Once you max out a reputation you receive a shipment of goods as a 'bounty' payment. I've maxxed out two so far and received random weapons (blues and purples as of now) and other items.

ah, thank you, so nothing I might need after being fully maxed out and already farmed my equipment via chests
