Like for example the knife you can pull out and melee people? 100% death sentence on hard, is absolutely unusable.
Having a shield that's restored via pick-ups and health that's restored by trading fire seems really weird, too. It's not an intuitive balance, imo.
By far the biggest reason the game feels unfair is because certain enemies simply shouldn't be fought head on. This is one of those things you'll get used to after a while. If you see an enemy with a shield you do not try to blast through it, you grapnel them and then use your execute to break their shields.
