cybershoes arnt working for me, it does not detect anything

i only installed the steam cybershoes app, do i need to do more, i have windows 10

for me the cybershoes where running when starting steam vr. did not do anything. check in vr by pressing (no idea how it is really called) the small button to see if the cybershoe app is active.
Now that I think of it and in best support manner:
are the cybershoes turned on and charged
is the receiver plugged into the USB port

check in your device manager, see if theres a cp2102 device with a yellow exclamation mark. if so then like me, your missing the driver which can be downloaded here https://www.silabs.com/developers/usb-to-uart-bridge-vcp-drivers?tab=downloads

once downloaded, you can point the device to the folder where you extracted the zip and it will install itself up. After that the cybershoes should work just fine.

I will post this wherever I can find, but for anybody who has an issue like mine, I could not connect for nothing, my fix came when I realized that my connection light was not actually blue but green for pc...

though for the quest it is blue...?
