I have found that clearing the soldiers exile cliff house does not clear the quest. I have also taken note that there are no markers anywhere to indicate what is interact-able except for certain weapons around the map.

This could be a decent start to something but definitely needs work. Collisions are way off on landscape. camera is too shaky. And controls are horrible. Was this done in UE4?
