[SPOILER] How did Connor know....?
....about Jericho?
I had a playthrough where, someway somehow, I never got any scene where Connor hears about Jericho, yet when he gets to the evidence room, he knows the name and what it is.

That makes me really wonder, how did he actually know?
At least from my perspective, the name was never mentioned to him, yet he just, knew.

Connor learned about Jericho after you discovered the statue vase behind the shower room from the first mission with Hank, notice the strange numbers? If you earn his trust and save his life earlier in the game, he will let you investigate in the Evidence Room and from there, you'll find one of the androids you killed and can trick one of them into thinking you're Markus to reveal the location.

It's possible to never see the bathroom with or without finding Ortiz's Android. Even with finding Ortiz' Android, it's possible to never get enough information from it. The Tracis can escape. Connor can easily miss Simon and the television station Deviant. Connor might never learn of Jericho from the Kamski test. (The Kara and Rupert outcomes have no effect.)

If all of those opportunities are missed, Last Chance, Connor ends immediately along with Connor's story. If any of those opportunities succeed, that mission can possibly succeed with various options depending on what was a success.

It's supposed to be impossible to complete that chapter successfully without succeeding on at least one of those opportunities which brings Jericho to light.

Are you sure you missed all of those possibilities?

That doesn't explain my question, though.
I know how he figures out the location of Jericho, but how did Connor know of its name? How did Connor even know that he had to ask for Jericho to find the Deviant Hideout? It's not about how he found out where it is, but how he even knew of its name. It's kind of an odd thing to randomly know.

Mmmm let me think, been a bit.
I have seen the Bathroom and found the Android, though during interrogation, I choose the option to tap into its memory, which only revealed what happened right before it murdered its owner. What I found in the bathroom never became relevant again.

The Tracis both died, as I picked the "Shoot" option at the end, so Connor never really learned anything from that.

Simon wasn't at the television station, however the other Deviant is.
I actually did find it but it attacked Connor.
I got the ending where it started shooting and Connor dies protecting Hank.
No information here.

I choose to spare Chloe during the Kamski Test, though, if I wouldn't have, Connor would be able to directly ask for Jericho despite never hearing about that name. I don't know if he hears the name being mentioned while there.

Rupert escaped.

So as far as I'm aware, I missed every single opportunity where the name could've been dropped, which makes Connor walking into the evidence room knowing *exactly* what he was looking for.
I saw a Youtube playthrough where the player did indeed miss everything and Connor was deactivated. Ironically this ended up leading to a fairly good ending for Markus and for Kara for that player.
Connor obeys CyberLife, and I'm sure they know about Jericho. That's why they send this bloodhound (deviant-hunter), to catch the deviants, figure out what makes them "free", and discover their hiding place. Even though Connor hasn't heard a single word about Jericho in the various chapters of the game, he knows it exists because he receives data from CyberLife and from its manipulative AI (Amanda).

its true game is missing some dead ends in scenario. u have noticed one of them.

its QTE and not the quest \ puzzle game

player is responsible for quick response for stimulas, freedom of choice for the direction story \movie goes. but player is spectator not the subject of action. so there is no work to be done but watch and follow,

spectate the drama enjoy the story
