How to Reset or Change Survey Choices?

I filled out the survey under Extras, and I misclicked an answer. Or rather, the choice I wanted wasn't highlighted when I clicked on the choice I wanted, and the highlighted choice was entered instead of the one on which I clicked. I know that this isn't a big deal, but I want to undo this.

Immediately after clicking, I tried to go back, but that only brought me back to the menu, and going back into the survey afterward took me back to the next question after the one that was entered incorrectly. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game using the Steam library options, but the game did not do its initial setup again, and the survey is still filled out.

Any ideas where my personal survey responses are stored and if there is any way to actually reset the game to a new install state?

I don't know where this is saved locally or how to manipulate this on a single account, but I figured out a way around this without having to buy a new license for the game.

I created a new Steam account on my same computer with a different email address. I logged in with the new account and found the game in the library already installed. I clicked "Borrow", where I would have been able to click "Play" on my main account. Steam prompted me to send a request to my main account asking for permission to play those games. I then switched back to being logged into my main account, when to Steam > Settings, and enabled something like "family sharing", and then selected my new account from the list. Once I logged back in with my new account and started up the game, I got a fresh start experience, prompting me for initial brightness, difficulty, and language settings, etc., but not going through the long shader pipe building process that happened on initial installation. I then went to the survey, and I was able to enter my own choices correctly.

Substituting (not deleting) Options file in the savegame directory. But all the collectibles and bonus points are also stored in that file, including decisions with Chloe in the main menu. It does not affect story lines or checkpoints.
