Logitech Pro X Wireless Headset issues
So I've got this wonderful (imo) piece of hardware that just doesn't cooperate with Detroit.

Here's the problem, if I have it plugged in on the USB-C cable and is charging, I get audio cutouts like it's disconnecting from the receiver and then reconnecting. Happens about every five minutes or so and is quite annoying as you can imagine.

However if I unplug it and use it exclusively wireless...no problems whatsoever.

Kinda baffling

So I've updated all the drivers, reinstalled Logitech G-Hub, etc so don't think it's a driver issue (and checking on the sound settings when it happens it never shows as disconnected so not sure what's happening there)

Help? I mean I can play wirelessly, sure, but it's just an odd issue I'd love to have resolved

Hey, I'm facing the same issue but at all times not just with specific games, do you have any updates you can share?

This is also happening to me as well. Whenever it is plugged in and charging, it disconnects and reconnects every 5 minutes and plays the on/off sound but doesn't when I'm using wirelessly. I always thought maybe it had something to do on my end with my PC, but I see that it is not the case.

the problem is the software. can't do anything against it. just regret buying it like the rest of us. and get a replacement once it becomes fully unusable.

No solution for this. I end up claiming warranty to logitech and they gave me a new pair of headset. Unfortunately, 2nd pair having the same issue. As a workaround just dont let the battery percentage fall below 50% and you will be good.

how long did you own it?
i might just try the same myself.
though seeing as i had to replace the earpads once already i think i am passed my warrenty by now.
Seen a reddit thread that said to look into C:\Users\[UR USER]\AppData\Local\LGHUB
and to delete the Settings, json file, trying to drain my battery to 0% right now and then will try to use while its charging and see if the issue persists
