Apparently my graphics card is not supported by the game. Is there anything I can do about this or did I waste my money?

If it's been less than 2 weeks and you have less than 2 hours in play time just request for a refund.

If your PC meets the system requirements, then I'd recommend selecting "device manager" in your computer's search bar, then selecting "device adapter" and update your drivers. If they are already up to date, then disable the AMD driver, run the game, then enable the driver again. I had the same issue and this fixed it.

I've also had this issue and my PC also meets the requirements so I don't know what's going on here I hope there is a fix for this for anyone who buys in the future because at this point in time I am refunding my money

I have Intel(R) UHD Graphics. I updated and re-enabled it but the game still doesn't open.

Yeah it happens to me too. But the team in charge of the game was saying they will fix it soon...that was 2 years ago...so i asume they just abandon the game

Hello.
I had the same problem, the game was not starting. A solution that worked for me was to disable the integrated graphic card
START > Control Panel > System > Select the "Hardware" tab > Device Manager > Display Adapters. Right click on the listed display (common is the intel integrated graphics accelerator) and select DISABLE. Do not select uninstall as this may cause further problems.
Unfortunately, I think that now I have the problem with the sound

But I hope it helps the feedback with the integrated graphic card.
