The old one
CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K
Graphics: Asus STRIX-GTX980-DC2OC-4GD5
RAM: 32GB
had no problems with Detroit: Become Human with the latest NVIDIA-Drivers (472.12)
The current one
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
Graphics: GIGABYTE Radeon RX 6600 XT GAMING OC 8G
RAM: 64 GB
showed no signs of problems at first, but at a certain scene it keeps crashing with the VK_ERROR_DEVICE_LOST error.
I have tried Adrenalin versions 21.10.2 (WHQL) and 21.10.4 (non WHQL) so far, but no luck.
I was able to finish the scene and continue the game further.
No crashes so far.
if a 21.8.1 does not exist, why i am able to download it from Gigabyte's support website, and have it installed on my pc right now?
All the versions mentioned where either downloaded from the Gigabyte or AMD website.

You should have posted details about your graphics card in your first message, so we could have avoided this pointless exchange.
