Ending question SPOILERS!!!

I got ending where Connor gets to give a speech infront of tons of androids and then Amanda says she is now controlling Connor and planned all this and then i get option to give up or shot my self.
Can anyone explain this ending to me.

Basically if you give up, you let Cyberlife take control of Connor being the only leader of all the deviants, which is basically what Cyberlife wants. They want to take control of their own androids again being machines. If you choose to have Connor kill himself, Cyberlife will fail at regaining control of Connor.

David Cage decided to make a dumb plot twist that invalidates the whole story because it means the whole deviancy thing was a Cyberlife plot and all the androids are, unbeknownst to them, actually still corporate assets - in this ending and all the others.
