Given these specs I find it hard to believe either system RAM or VRAM could be an issue:
The game itself came out in 2018 and for context, these kinds of components would have been considered medium to high end at the time.
The only thing I can think of that could be the cause is a corrupted game savefile.
And it can't be the OS because Win10 and Win11 both seem to be at fault here.
Truly ironic there's this absolute rash of issues at the same time as Intel finally fixed the abominable framerate issues in the Arc driver for this game.
