I have 100 hours and all of my data was deleted

I was playing Detroit and then I shut it down and no it did not have the auto-save icon I was trying to get all endings so far I only had to get endings for Battle for Detroit and Night of the Soul so i shut down the game and went to bed. I woke up the next day and turned it in and the chloe android in the backround was speaking to me like it was the first time i was playing and then it put me in the first chapter the hostage i went to the main menu and realized all of my saved data was deleted. I have spent 100 hours on this game and i was so close to the end and now its all gone

what the ♥♥♥♥ do i do i do now!?!

What I did was just unlock the chapters and it just gave me all of my progress back from that chapter.
