Recall Escape & AX400 On The Run in Zlakto

So I'm really close to completing Zlatko 100%; I'm currently at 97%, but I'm having no luck with unlocking the nodes "Recall Escape" and "AX400 On The Run". According to most D:BH guides found online, you're supposed to avoid getting caught by the police (Connor and Hank) during the chapter On The Run in order to later unlock these nodes in Zlatko.

I currently have On The Run saved with the outcome "Kara & Alice Undiscovered In Squat", where you don't get caught. I'm beginning my playthroughs from "Morning In Squat", making sure that I'm not getting caught, and playing all the way up to Zlatko. However, when I enter Zlatko's bedroom and read the magazines, the only ones that are available to read are the default "Arctic Tensions" and "Androids Alter Brains" magazines.

Am I missing something, or is the game just bugged? What should I do?

You can try to start chapter Fugitives and stay night in Motel, or in Car.

Trying to get 100 % all flowcharts. I had the ending "escaped the police". I started the chapter in the car, and managed to get away.
Once arrived at Zlatko, i went for the magazine in the bedroom, read the article, but no memory triggers. I tried to look for guides to understand if I missed something, but it seems the only thing needed is to get the ending escaping the police stealhly.
