vkGetPhysicalDeviceMemoryProperties2. Does anyone know what this means? my game wont work and it keeps saying its because it cant find this file?

I dunno if you've found a fix for this yet, but I found this on reddit and it worked for me:

"The solution is to go to https://developer.nvidia.com/vulkan-driver which is NVIDIA Vulkan Driver Support and click the Download for Windows 10 (64-bit) under sub header Release Driver Download. This will take you to their Download Drivers page and should automatically fill your pc specs in. Then you should click the search icon which should then take you to the download page of the vulkan driver. If this doesn't work, then your pc doesn't meet the minimum requirements for DBH installation."
