Replaying Chapters

I have been recently replaying some missions in Detroit Become Human. Originally I had killed the Chloe while meeting with Kamski to find Jericho. In Last Chance, Connor, I had only completed 8% of the mission because I had already found Jericho. I then replayed the mission and didn’t kill the Chloe and didn’t find Jericho. When I went back to Last Chance, Connor, the game still thought I found Jericho and the mission replayed as normal even though I saved that I didn’t find Jericho. How do I make the missions’ timeline consistent with each other.

You have to continue playing from Meet Kamski until Last Chance Connor to keep the route you take in Kamski chapter.
