Does your monitor have Gsync/Freesync? It shouldn't tear at 60 FPS if Gsync/Freesync is activate and working.
It does not have Gsync or Freesync.
In that case, screen tearing is to be expected.

You will need to use vsync as a solution but that can add input lag.
Okay, I'll go ahead and try out vsync. I'm just surprised that it would occur when the framerate is so much lower than the refresh rate. But, I know nothing pretty much when it comes to these things, lol. Thanks for the help.
