You can right click on your game then go to Manage then CD keys, it will show you your CD key.
Although since your CD key is still a steam copy I doubt you'll need to do any of this, it should just update like a regular steam game.
I can't believe how badly you treat players who bought GTA IV.
Along with broken GTA V multiplayer full of cheaters and trolls for years, and that failure of a game RDR 2.
Buy GTA 6, nah, until you start respecting your player base.
