How to get healed?

Hey,

I played GTA San Andreas a long time ago and seem to remember that we got healed by eating things at Clucking Bell etc, but that doesn't seem to work here. Also sleeping (saving) used to heal you, but I don't see that either here.

Is the only way to heal yourself in this game to stay in that convoy icon?

Btw I might misunderstand the healing bars. I mean the blue one on the right side. Or is that the armor bar?

Do you mean in gta iv? and i singal player or multiplayer?

The blue bar is for armor, you only fill that bar by buying a vest from gun shops/vans or finding them laying around. Or using a cheat code.

The green bar is your health, and yes, you can fill that bar by eating. You also regain health by finding first aid kits, using a cheat code, or calling the paramedics.

EDIT: Yes, the convoy icon heals you in L&D. But the things I posted above apply to all 3 games.
