Problem Solved. GTA IV and Episodes from liberty city FULLY WORKING.

When you go to your files and tried to launch EFLC.EXE it will give you an error message saying that you are missing the Xlive.dll And so here is a link to download the RAR file. I only dragged that File Xlive.dll into the folder.

But you cant play online tho :( and i lost my save. Because my saved games comes from my GFWL account :(
