World Disappearing/Rendering error
I've been having this bug where the map will have trouble loading in and i can't seem to figure out whats causing this. It mainly happens after about 5 minutes of gameplay, if lucky..an hour. The map seems to start glitching and having a hard time loading in...but it loads in slowly and when i look away and look back in the direction i was facing, the map would be gone and then slowly load back in again.

Do you have mods installed? - Yes
Do you have Custom Cars? - Yes
Do you have the right specs? - Yes...if i did not have the right requirements...i would not be able to run the game at all.
Did you try adding commands in the Commandline.txt file? - Yes and none of them work
Does you're game give you an error message? - Yes it does but it only appears when i close the game "MMA10 FATAL ERROR" which is a memory error as it says.

I'm not sure honestly if its the custom cars or LCPDFR but i did Downgrade my game. Now whats odd is that GTA IV Works great. no loading issue with the map. no trouble rendering anything. Nothing. I even modded it to see if it did the same stuff as EFLC and it did not. Why not play GTA IV instead of GTA EFLC? Well I prefer EFLC But it's completely Broken. If anyone has a fix for this map Rendering bug please let me know!

Alright, this sounds like corrupted files and well, we have one solution. Reinstallation.

(1) Do a fresh install of GTA-IV or ELFC (or both) unless you already have a fresh installation. This really only applies if the existing installation has become corrupted, been modified or seemingly won't work - in your case this may well be the situation so play it safe: reinstall.

(2) Install http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=201134 - this patches the games so that the old Games For Windows Live (GFWL) login is upgraded so it now connects to the XBOX server which replaced it.

(3) When prompted for a login, you can choose to ignore or to create a new XBOX account. For example, I have a decade-old GFWL account and the server allowed me to login without any issues, but a lot of people have found that their GFWL login no longer works, so make a new XBOX one. Once you have patched GTA-IV, if you also have EFLC, it will automatically patch that too.

(4) Run the game you wish to play. Please be advised that after patching with the application I mentioned here the loading screens will be displayed, you will hear the GTA-IV theme tune wherein the screen will then go black for about one minute and then the Rockstar Games Social Club loading screen will appear.

(5) Set the options for the game, video, screen resolution, controls (if necessary) and then play.

NOTE: your save games and key binding data is in the following folder: C:\Users\<your name>\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\savegames\user_<long number> - if you have several long numbers, just open the folders one by one until you find a file called ControlMap.dat and this is where GTA-IV, The Lost and Damned, and The Ballard of Gay Tony saves the game. NOT on some cloud - this is a ten year old game we're talking about here that existed long before there was a cloud so all saves are done locally.

Sadly there is really no simple way to fix this problem. I've pretty much given up downgrading this game and modding it on PC due to how buggy it can be.
