Any chance of mods?
Maybe add new events, or something?

... I'll be honest; I just can't stand seeing that stupid topic at the top of the list anymore. But I'm still curious. If it's answered somewhere on kickstarter I didn't see it, but that's not saying much.

Heh. You mean, the friendly one? Yeah, I may do a little bit of cleaning up when I finish the next milestone and have time to update the Steam page properly :-P

As for mods etc, the plan right now is to include the raw Ink script files with the final game so that people can play with them to change things, do translations and so on if they want to, all of that. The game is already set up to read an 'override' script file, so all you'd need to do is make any changes, recompile it with Ink, and drop the new JSON file into the right folder.

Oh, wow, that'd be way more than I expected. Narrative games tend to be rather closed towards mods. Nice to hear things could be different here (:

It's not a cast-iron guarantee because there may be some issues. But I'm not especially precious about my scripts, and as a would-be designer for many years, I always enjoyed being able to dig in and see what made these games tick. Even if nobody does anything with them, I like the idea that someone somewhere might get a kick out of it :-)
