Act 3 Boat stuck and meter disappearence

I just went out on the boat on the lake for the first time. arriving to the first sonar spot in the Canal I talked with LeBlanc and dove in. After turning on the lights I came up and the boat wouldn't move. I tried with all the light configurations and the boat was still stuck. I then expanded the map and the game let me fast travel back to the fishing village. When I tried boating again I was stuck at the starting point of the lake. The game autosaved at this point.
I closed and opened the game again, this time and I could move the boat again, I got to the head and the node without problem but when I checked at the node I didn't have the meter on me anymore.

I don't know if both problems are related but I've put them both here.

oh this sounds very strange, super sorry you ran into this. are you playing on PC or Mac?(i'm assuming you're playing on Steam?)
