Stuck in 95.90%

So I beated the game, got all the spirtis, cleared all voids, complete all quest and sub quests, got all spirit slots, bought all the itens in very shop.
i dont know where i can get the others 5%
edit: i found i was missig a pair of swords, the peace keeper now im up to 96.xx%

I'm stuck in the same position with 96.4%. I am curious about the last 3.6% of content, but I could have sworn that I looked at every place for chests and emojis. I'm guessing its an NPC that has items or something. I am going crazy, trying to figure out where that final percentage is from.

there is a bug that says one of the voids is incomplete on the status screen. it could be that

im having the same issue im stuck on 96.4% and i can't find what i am missing, and there isn't anything online that tells me what i missed

Had similar at 97.5% and figured out that I hadn't bought out the various dyed cloaks from Ari in Stoneheart. That could be it.
