It is probably the DLC's warp point.

ah yeah i killed the queen and heard its straight forward at the fire shrine warp but the big door didnt open before i killed the queen

not sure you need to beat the voids first for this to work, but in the new DLC area you can replay every void and since I cant be bothered to create a whole new save just to test it, you should be able to use the voids there to complete them all maybe

I entered the DLC with 1 of the "main game" voids remaining. In the DLC area the door for that void was closed, so you still need to find it in the main world if you want to complete it. It seems the original voids are only in the DLC area to replay them after completing.
