Save file with everything unlocked

Can any kind soul provide me with a file where everything (capos, building, emblems etc) is already unlocked?

It is a PERSISTENT.sav located at the C:\Users\%UserProfile%\AppData\Local\CartelTycoon\Saved\SaveGames
