Talk to rival Capos

Hello. I am currently exploring all possibilities of talking to all the capos from the rival cartels. I discovered a bunch of new possibilities, but I can't figure out some of them. I will post the results here when I have everything figured out.

During the first conversation, I have a choice of two times, out of three options. In order to be able to choose some options, certain conditions in the game must be met. However, I can't find these and would be very grateful if someone could help me:

Amaranta Parra: "I've seen bigger."
Carlos Giménez Morales: "A shared interest in extradition..."
Wilfred Arias: "We can help each other..."

Among other things, based on research, I would like to propose to the developers a redesign of how competitive capos gain sympathy. It is very unrealistic if, on the basis of three and in some cases only two conversations, I can convince the capo of the underworld to join me in the cartel and become my subordinate lieutenant.

Mutual sympathy from conversations is an important thing, but in terms of gaining sympathy, it should have only a small effect that can adjust the scales. Such talks should gain importance only after we conclude several mutual deals with the competing cartel. However, the most important indicator should remain power, which is the main means of functioning in the underworld.

In other words, to convince the capo of a competing cartel, the following conditions should apply, ranked by importance:

1. The strength of my cartel should be higher than the strength of the cartel I want to conquer. Ideally by at least 25%.
2. There must be active cooperation with the cartel. Either a certain number of trades, or the number of trades in a certain amount of money, or the completion of tasks as with mayors.
3. Mutual sympathy based on talks.
