Some of the logistics are driving me crazy. Started a sandbox game and one quest is to take 100 cocoa from the indigenous and bring back 20 dried. I assume I have to take the farms/drying/warehouse from the local gangs, which I do. However, I can't set up a warehouse on their land nor will a warehouse on my land take cocoa or dried cocoa off of their land. How the hell am I supposed to accomplish this quest?

You need to use your lieutenants. Send a guy over to the indigenous compound to pick up the 100 coca, dry it with a tier 2 drying rack on your land, and then have your lieutenant deliver 20 of it back to them.

it's pretty simple First you need a dryer seconde a lieutenant to collect directly the 100 coca plant from the temple then dried it and send it back to the temple

I learned something from this. I didn't notice that I needed a tier II dryer, so I had the coca leaves and nothing I could do with them. So I built a warehouse and put them in there (I could have just stored them in the city). I didn't bother to turn on the warehouse, so by the time I had a tier II dryer, all the coca leaves were gone. Imagine putting drugs in an unlocked abandoned warehouse.

I eventually got some replacement coca leaves and the Chief was happy, but I bet he was thinking that he could have had a son and grown him into a capo in the time it took me to finish his quest.
