Report a translation problem
The transport company level 1 has one truck. That truck only moves items to the additional connections you select. You should only have the destinations set. You can limit what type of items it will move by changing the cargo tab.
Ah i see. From the Tutorial my impression was that i have to set both e.g. the Warehouse AND the Workshop or the Warehouse AND the Airfield as Destinations. So what i basically did was shipping Goods from the Warehouse to the Transport Company and then back to the Warehouse lol.

Just in case, here's how Warehouse -> Transport Company works.
Warehouse collects resources from production buildings and delivers resources to Transport Company in its radius. No additional setup is required.
Transport Company delivers resources to any destination set in Additional Connections (export). Additional Connections need to be set up manually.
"Cargo" tab can be used for precise control over what types of resources can be stored in the building.
