1. Full pledge Organisation Structure
Each Sicario should have they own team under their command. Basically they have 1 Halcon (supervisor) and 3 Novato (Level 1 perks) under them. they're divided into:
a. Logistic - Sicario Team that handle logistics which have the ability of additional truck supplier bonus
b. Operation Team - Bonus with Cultivator perks
c. Hitmen - Kidnapping and kill perks
d. Public relations - Peace Maker and bribery / can take care mayor
e. Sales - Make Deal perks
with this, we can recruit more lieutenants / assistant and the capo will be more organized
2. Guad Tower / Watch Tower
Tower can be build alongside the road. If player unit pass over on friendly territory, some tax or payment needed. If pass on enemy area, can be attack. The tower will provide 1st encounter on any territory since the major road are fixed. If Police/Army wants to enter the area (I'm aware they're randomly spawn) they need to pass the tower. Unless they come with helicopter.
3. Can buy Legal goods via River Pier instead area depot. As of now console and TV only gifts / quest event items due to non practically to be illegal goods smuggling container.
4. Indigenous Territory are doing barter trade. The only place where you can barter opium / cannabis and in return they reward you with coffee.
5. Dirty money smuggling point. After certain period, the lorry will bring back legal money.
6. Special Building - Central Bank - will provide currency/money exchange from dirty to legal. Can provide investment scheme / scam over the period. Towards late game where player got million dollar legal money, other than execute events for loyalty and make people idolize you, there not much things to spend the legal money.
7. ability to sell excess legal goods like coffee, vegetable avocado to village or town for legal money
I believe all items above can provide more strategy and endless gameplay. Just my ideas.
I would like to just play the game as a normal tycoon game and events just seem annoying to me. I was surprised that there isn't a setting to turn them off in the game by default, unless I am dumb and missed it but I've looked for ages and haven't found one, so if someone made a mod that turns them off that would be great!
Setting up objectives, writing dialogue, just little ways for people to tell stories. I think it would be pretty cool for people to share these campaigns with different plot twists, difficulties, and scenarios. Heck, people might just recreate real events.
