I have some questions about achievements

What does the achievement of seven shirts mean? Recruit seven people who wear shirts?

There is also how to achieve hidden achievements. I only know that one alt+f4 exit game can be completed, and one ten assassinations can be completed. Does anyone know how to complete the remaining two?

'Sense of Style' - basically have 7 people in your cartel who are wearing collared shirts like Alvaro Ruiz, Baltasar Pascal, and Ivan Mario. You will probably have to subjugate and recruit other gang leaders such as Gerado Batista, Julio Ochoa, etc...

The two secret achievements you are missing are

Bite the Blow
Take resources from a village by force.

and

Operation Odessa
Use a submarine to transport 5,000 units of cocaine.

You get the submarine skin by beating the 2nd story mission

Can you elaborate on second achievement? At first, I thought it was to destroy several farms that grow such products
