Pay employees with dirty or legal money?

Does it matter what i pay my workers in building with or is it safer to only pay them with legal money?

Also, is it safer to only buy city buildings with legal money?

In terms of logistics, paying with clean money is sooooo much easier. Doing the same with dirty money means you need a residence nearby that's going to deliver cash in all these buildings.

There's no difference in how you buy buildings, as long as you ensure to bring dirty cash onto the construction site.

i pay everything with clean money

Pay with dirty money, because probably most of the time ur employees are in the building. They can take the dirty money from there.
For example, Seaport, u can place ur employee there and u can pay it, build residence, so u can pay the farms, workshops and warehouses, u just need to spend the dirty money, because u will have hard time storing it. Just pay everything with dirty money, and leave ur clean money to do Reasearches. And whenever ur employee goes for a mission, or retake just make sure u switch to clean money.
