How do I promote lieutenants in story mode?
My lieutenants in story mode never gain any xp or ask for a promotion. There is no button to promote them. So how exactly do I promote them?

How far into story mode are you? Because they don't start gaining XP until a certain point (I think during or after the quest where Miguel makes you pay him back)
