Next best thing might be to Alt + Tab if you want to return to your computer's desktop screen, then Alt + Tab back to the game (or click on the game's icon in the task-bar) when you want to return to play it.
meh, always hear great things about steam, but having bought 4 games now, each has had its own disappointing feature.

I play on a dual monitor set up. It's moving all my opened windows from my first monitor to either fully on my second monitor or halfway on my first and halfway on my second monitor when I toggle in and out with alt + tab
I know this is a really old comment/thread. Just wondering if you have any instructions or website links on how to get DXWnd to work with Bully: Scholarship Edition? I tried adding Bully.exe however, not sure I selected the correct settings or did the right setup.
