Keyboard or controller?

Hello,
I read somewhere that this game is for controller, and it's not recommended for keyboard. Is it true? Does keyboard play feels normal ?

I like both to be honest but keyboard is kind of a strange layout but what would be better for me is if you could still use the mouse when the controller is enabled as some classes like biology would be more easy with the mouse. anyone know if its possible to enable both ?

When you use an xbox 360 controller it will even have the the buttons pre-mapped and will actually show the button you need to press instead of most games with partial controller support that usually say something like "press Gamepadbutton1." That plus i like to play on the tv while sitting back on the couch :p

i dont own any controllers for my pc, ive been playing pc games for 20+ years and have always used keyboard and mouse and have had no problems

i don't used to playing with the keyboard so for me this game is unplayable without the controller,but i think it's difficult to play with the keyboard even if you are a pc gamer

FYI, keyboard and mouse are PC controllers, and gamepad controllers have been around longer than you have been playing PC games. You should try one sometime.

I preferred the keyboard though it will take a while to remember all the controls, on the plus side easier to use when you do.

How to use the keyboard when a 360 controller is plugged in?
I prefer the controller in this game, but I think Biology 5 is much easier with a mouse. But I can't switch it seems.

Haha, I just unplugged the controller and beat Biology 5 in my first try using keyboard and mouse. :D

i know this is an older post, but to me it depends on which subject. I just started with Biology, I tried it once with the controller and once with K/M... its easier with the latter IMHO.

I played the whole game with a xbox360 controller id say its the best

I'm playing with a logitech PC controller, had to assign all the keys myself but it wasn't a problem since i pretty much remember all the PS2 controls but there is a minor issue where i am forced to use the mouse to open lockers, the joysticks don't work and the game only shows the mouse icon as opposed to the controller buttons.

Yeah I play ths way back on ps2 and of course use a controller then got it on here and tryed to play this with a keyboard and it is WAAAY out of wak, my suggestion is get you a controller of any sort and play with it, that is the whole reason I havent logged any hours in this game yet just waiting to get a controller,, Any suggestions on which type of controller to get??

Yeah, It feels the same way. But with a cotroller it's better.
