Weed Killer glitch

I am doing the mission weed killer, I go into the preps house, kill the plant, and when I exit nothing happens, and when I go back in my game starts loading forever.

People are saying to get back either to 30 fps or defeat all the preps before killing the plant

BUT

What worked for me was when I completed normally the mission like you I went to the boys Dorm and then exit and it completed the mission

Yeah same as what Dimcenco said, the glitch happened to me once and i just walked to the main school building and entered the backdoor, and it teleported me back to the entrance of Harrington House and said mission complete.

I locked my game at 30fps and defeated the preps and it worked for me. Funny how this glitch never happened to me on the PS2.

Nice glad you made it, these simple things annoy me soo much before descovering the silent patch I unnistall the game like 3 times years ago cause it was soo joy killer these kinds of glitch mission bugs, game crashing without saving now just had the snowball mission bug even tho its such a great game sometimes those bugs are a pain in the ass

Try to run it in compatibility mode with Windows XP(service pack 3)
