Bullworth Grand Prix.

I read about a final bike race in a Bullworth that's unlocked after you complete all the other races but I can't find it, can someone tell me where it's supposed to be located? I already checked to see if I finished all the other races.

After completing all the bike races in the other areas (i.e., Bullworth Vale, Town, and New Coventry), the Bullworth Academy bike race (aka "Academy Grand Prix" on the sign-up poster) is unlocked, but the race is only available after Chapter 5 starts. The sign-up poster and marker can be found on the sidewalk wall near the entrance to the parking lot. When you finish this race, you receve a bike helmet and jersey. The BMX helmet is unlocked for completing all races.
