bully does it work with ps3 contorler?
or will it do that really annoying thing where youre playin with a ps3 controller but it still shows xbox or pc controlls on screen (for example: in chemestry)

I'm trying to use my PS3 controller right now but it's hard because of the driver I have loaded for it. It doesn't register the analog sticks -_-. Do you play other games effectively with a PS3 controller on Steam? There is a controller configuration in Bully that you can setup however you like.

Late, but yes. I use the shoddy Motioninjoy emulator. You have to emulate a XBOX controller. Plug the controller in USB with the charge cord used for the PS3. I never tried bluetooth, wired is so much quicker and easier.

The mod. Haven't found one yet. I know what you are talking about it. I had a PS3 icon mod for Fallout NV. It was great. I managed to pass Chemistry, just save and reload to keep your wits running and fresh to translate and input this tricky challenge.

The controller configuration is indeed quite customizable. I don't remember if the PS2 version has the same level of controller input customization.

Now hoping for The Warriors.
