Game freezes on "The Rumble"

At the part after you beat up the 3 kids, and the cops come, jimmy runs away and then he just stops. Everything stays still and theres no way to skip it. The screen doesnt freeze, just it wont continue after the cutscene. WHAT DO I DO!?!?!

i'm using super mod, and i had same problem before, and i just uninstalling super mod before "The Rumble" Mission, and install it again at chapter 4

How do you do it? How do I change the scripts when I replace them?

I use super mod v4 i tried reinstalling silent patch but it didn't work so im about to do this thank you
