How to save video options?
So the video options always reset whenever I start the game up. So everytime I want to play I have to re-set my settings. Is there a fix to keep them to whatever i change them too?

Are you clicking apply and are you sure they are saving in the first place? And what settings? Some might look as if they are enabled, but are actually disabled such as MSAA.

Yes I'm applying them. I can tell because when I go to play the game the settings are indeed applied. But for some reason when I turn the game off when I'm done and come to it the next day everything goes back to default. So the resolution will go back to 800x600 for example when I have it set to 2560x1440

Don't use big resolutions and it will save. I'm in a 2560x1080 monitor, and using the "1920x1080" resolution. It works fine.

If you turn on ''Override High DPI scaling behavior performed by: application'' in Bully properties. I think your resolution problems will go away.

You have to save your game (in the dorm for example) and then just quit the game through the menu (not via taskmanager or a chrash).

Do this once and your problem is fixed.

This works 100%. TY friend. Couldn't figure out which part of the DPI scaling to muck with.
Doesn’t work :( I’m not having any shadows lol

I would recommend setting your settings to 1920x1080 then adjusting everything else. Save at a book in game then close. The game will save your settings but you may have to adjust your resolution every time you boot.

I had this issue too, what I did was to fix it was to simply apply the changes that I wanted and then went to a save option like at the boys dorm and saved. I haven't had any issues after that.
