Have they fixed the game for pc?

I remember hearing a bunch of issues about the pc port, sometimes the game would just not let you get past a snow level, and the constant crashing, any updates on this?

Silent Patch and other tweaks are almost required to play the game with less crashes. Though the snow level in particular is caused by having the frame limiter too high, it's not a vanilla issue.

Optimal way to play is now is to install the patches, set the frame limiter to 60, turn set it back to 30 for specific missions, and then save after doing anything meaningful because you might still crash eventually. It's worth it for me but as far as R* goes they pretend this version of the game does not exist.
