though the PC can use way more mods then the 360 version while also allowing upto 60fps before breaking the games animations
that said you NEED the silent patch to make the game not crash all the time on windows 10, aswell as the fps unlocker mod to reach 60fps
if it were my first time playing, i'd probably want the 360 version because alot of stuff is sorta broken on pc but it's a solid enough port if you can't be bothered getting it on 360 and having a smooth 60fps all the time is pretty nice for actual gameplay.
The Phone version does have slightly better draw distances over the SE versions of the games
Though it's textures have been stripped down pretty hard.
In Addition the loss of AO ambient occlusion
i can't say it looks better then the SE versions
but it's the "clearest" of the them all, since there's almost no fog at all.
i'd say the mobile version easily better then the wii/ps2 due to using the SE models and textures but doesn't quite reach the pc or 360 versions since they have been altered/compressed a bit to fit within the memory constraints.
not to mention the audio is also slightly more compressed on mobile.
