Bully Error Side by Side configuration is incorrect.

everytime i try to play the game keeps telling me and even looked up a video to fix the problem but again doesnt work. i downloaded Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86) and still nothing. please someone help
