I can't enable the subtitles since there is no option for it

I have just run the game and there is only option available for video. Even it doesn't say OPTIONS. It says VIDEO and there are no gameplay or audio options in the main menu. Is there any way to solve this problem? I'm not native speaker so I want to be sure to understand the game with the help of subs.
