Need help installing a Mod

It's my first time installing mods for bully, and I'm trying to install one called Open Sports Jacket V2[bullymods.net]

Can someone help me figure out how to install this?

If you ever installed mods in Gta San Andreas, Vice City or 3, it is literally the same, you can use IMGtool.
Or you can use IMG factory.

I figured this out like two weeks ago, you need to use IMG Tool. Once installed. Click "file" and choose "open". Find your bully directory and go for the scripts folder, and choose the "world" file. This allows you to replace models etc. Once that is complete, open the mod folder, drag each file onto your desktop. Go back to IMG Tool, press "Edit" at the top of the menu bar, click "Find" a search bar should come up, search for these files.. "S_Jacket.nif" and "S_Jacket.nft" Once these files are located, delete them and go to the menu bar once more and click "Commands" proceed to click "Add". Add the modified files specified above. Depending on if you want the modified jacket to appear in cutscenes, rinse & repeat for the cutscene model. Hope I helped out! I still have no idea why this jacket was removed, it looks leagues better than the zipped one in the final game.
